The walls of the villa are adorned with artworks by the renowned Spanish artist Luis Bujalance. (His works are also on display in the neighbouring villa (LUX MARE I) and the two villas contain the largest private collection of works by this artist.)
High-speed Wi-Fi internet is available throughout the villa, and smart home technology means that you can adjust the temperature, lighting, and window blinds according to your liking at the touch of a button.
Thanks to a state of the art sound system you can listen to your favourite music in any part of the villa and can even connect your smartphone to the entertainment system ... helping you to unwind after a long day of sightseeing!
The 420 m2 ground floor comprises the living area, including a primary bedroom at one end of the villa and, separated by the kitchen and living area, 5 additional bedrooms. The primary bedroom and 4 of the 5 other bedrooms have fantastic views over the pool area and towards the ocean. The pool, sun terraces, and garden can be accessed directly from these bedrooms.
The terrace is 160 m2 and is a perfect space for sun bathing and relaxing as well as dining alfresco.
The 22.5 m heated infinity pool runs along the front of the villa.
On the lower ground floor is a fitness area with Technogym equipment, a state of the art cinema room with very comfortable seating (for 6 people), and a bathroom serving the pool area.
On the huge roof terrace you can enjoy spectacular views of the cliffs and ocean as well as the sunset.

On your arrival there will be a luxury welcome pack including complementary gourmet coffee, teas and other luxury food and drink items.

The concierge can assist with table reservations at local restaurants, airport transfers, appointments with various service providers such as personal trainers, masseurs, local guides, chauffeurs etc.
