Cancel risk-free within 24 hours of booking if you book more than 30 days before check-in. After that, the reservation becomes non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying the full value of the reservation. If your plans change due to exceptional circumstances, we will make best efforts to work with the property manager to determine what options, if any, are available on your behalf. However, refunds cannot be guaranteed. Please note that bookings that overlap Christmas and/or New Year’s are fully non-refundable upon submission.
