Direct beach access is available. There is a choice of two primary bedrooms. One upstairs which has a spacious bath tub taking in the river & sunset views. The second master downstairs has an updated ensuite and two more bedrooms which share a modern bathroom, shower room and restroom.
The newest addition is a separate dwelling that has a queen bedroom with a modern ensuite.
There is sufficient car parking for up to three cars on the property one undercover and two in the driveway.
