View our rental agreement for full terms & conditions, however should you wish to cancel your reservation then this is to be requested in writing to Shore Points Vacations. In short, the reservation must be re-booked for any refund to be offered unless otherwise agreed to by the property owner. Trip Shore Points Vacations will do everything in our power to accommodate, as it is our mission to provide an exceptional experience and to become your top choice for your beach vacation every year! If you do not agree with our terms you should not book this rental.

Peace of Mind Guarantee - Here for You When it Counts. While it’s rare, we recognize that sometimes things don’t always go according to plan - especially in a category where every property is unique. That’s why we stand behind our valued clients and guests with our industry-first Peace of Mind Guarantee. If a property manager cancels your original booked reservation prior to check-in for any reason (e.g. the home was unexpectedly sold, irreparably damaged, or double-booked), we will find you an alternative accommodation of equal or better value, or else provide you with 100% of your money back.
Cancel risk-free within 24 hours of booking if you book more than 30 days before check-in. After that, the reservation becomes non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying the full value of the reservation. If your plans change due to exceptional circumstances, we will make best efforts to work with the property manager to determine what options, if any, are available on your behalf. However, refunds cannot be guaranteed.
