This one of a kind property consists of three cottages that are a short 1500' from scenic beaches of St. Simons Island and steps to restaurants and shopping. This haven is situated on over an acre which features 10 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, accommodations up to 24 people, a shared 800 square foot swimming pool (not a heated pool in cooler months), 24 palm trees, lush tropical vegetation, regulation sand volleyball / badminton court, a putting green, a children's playground and so much more.
The three cottages each feature a fun beach themed decor, updated kitchens and bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, flat panel cable TVs in all living rooms and bedrooms, WiFi, Hulu Live TV on all TVs through out the house in the place of traditional cable, large-screened in porches, multiple barbeque grills, linens (sheets and bath towels). Located on over an acre, there is plenty of open yard space for your group to entertain and play.

Cancel risk-free within 24 hours of booking if you book more than 30 days before check-in. After that, the reservation becomes non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying the full value of the reservation. If your plans change due to exceptional circumstances, we will make best efforts to work with the property manager to determine what options, if any, are available on your behalf. However, refunds cannot be guaranteed.
