1- Primary Suite: At one end of the home, find a king corner bedroom with an ocean view, soothing white linens, and a lofted ceiling. Two large panes of glass look out over the pool, and a soft stretch of sand leading to the sea straight ahead. One pane slides open to access a tucked-away covered seating area that faces the sea view. The ensuite bath is wrapped in warm wood and features a double vanity and spacious walk-in shower with an indulgent rainfall showerhead.
2- Guest Suite: Adjoining the first bedroom is a second king bedroom with an ensuite bath—a great option for kids and teenagers. This bedroom also has ocean views and a lofted ceiling, plus a flat-screen TV, a cloud-like bed, and contemporary, clean-lined furnishings. Rinse off sand and sunscreen in the ensuite’s walk-in shower with rainfall shower head. A double vanity ensures no one fights over real estate at the sink.
3- Guest Suite: Another ocean view corner suite, this queen bedroom is found at the opposite end of the home and also features two glass walls looking out to the beauty of Lorient Bay. When you wake, a sea view awaits directly ahead. To the right, find a view of the crystalline pool. Gauzy white curtains slide over the windows to provide privacy while still allowing natural light. Just outside, through one of the room’s glass doors, a separate seating area faces the sea and encourages a tranquil cup of coffee at the start of the day. Other perks of this bedroom include an ensuite bathroom with a double sink and a walk-in shower, and a flat-screen TV.
4- Guest Suite: The Villa’s King bedroom, which adjoins the living room, provides all the same perks as the other bedrooms: an ocean view, an ensuite bath with walk-in shower and double sinks, a flat-screen TV, and modern wood furnishings paired with bright white linens and walls for a spa-like ambiance. In the shower, slatted blinds open to the outdoors and tropical landscaping.
5- Guest Suite: The fifth bedroom is a true haven, separated from the main house in its own private bungalow tucked into lush gardens with feathery palm trees on all sides. A queen bed, a dining area, and a kitchenette with cooktop, microwave and mini-fridge await you here. The bathroom in the bungalow is exceptional, with a walk-in shower with rainfall shower head and big windows to let the tropics in.
Living Areas: The contemporary interior living areas, outfitted in white and glass, provide a soothing space to retreat from the high sun of afternoon. Large windows face a tropical garden to one side; to the front you’ll find a receding glass wall that opens to the outside and a view of the Lorient Bay beyond the pool. A large, U-shaped sofa in buttery soft leather invites afternoon cocktails and after-dinner conversation. Two ceiling fans and a unique industrial light fixture are suspended from a lofted ceiling between the lounge and dining areas, adding to the space’s open, airy feeling. The villa is equipped with Wi-Fi.
Kitchen and Dining Area: A gourmet kitchen is stocked with all the small and large appliances necessary for preparing a masterpiece meal, which can be laid out at one of two comfortable dining areas. The broad, indoor dining table has ample room for 8+ guests. A separate outdoor dining area on a covered area of the terrace also seats 8 and allows for alfresco dining with candles flickering in the soft Caribbean breeze. All this, just minutes from trendsetting Saint Jean and Lorient Beach.

If a property manager cancels your original booked reservation prior to check-in for any reason (e.g. the home was unexpectedly sold, irreparably damaged, or double-booked), we will find you an alternative accommodation of equal or better value, or else provide you with 100% of your money back.
Cancel up to 95 days prior to scheduled arrival and receive a refund, less a cancellation fee of 25% applied on the entire reservation. After that, within 95 days of scheduled arrival, the reservation is fully non-refundable and 100% of the total booking amount will be due. Bookings that overlap with the December peak holiday season, Christmas, and/or New Year’s are fully non-refundable upon submission.
Please note that no refunds of any amounts will be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather. It is highly recommended to purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events.
