The Coast Cottage community provides a quaint, charming atmosphere for your beach vacation. A single street lined with picturesque beach cottages ends with an oceanfront community pool, pavilion and boardwalk directly to the beach. The community features an oceanfront swimming pool, private beach access, and uniquely designed, colorful beach cottages.
Wave Cottage, located at 22 Coast Cottage Lane, features 3 bedrooms, 3 baths. All hardwood floors throughout and freshly renovated in 2021!
All three bedrooms are on the first level with an ensuite very spacious master with a king bed. Primary bath includes a walk in shower and tub and double sink. The other two bedrooms have queen beds and share a full bathroom. The second level is one large space, great for gathering whether to cook, eat, watch TV or just lounge. A gas fireplace provides the opportunity for a cozy winter evening. Windows all the way around providing a nice open, sunny space. A porch off the living areas is yet another outdoor space to enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails. A spiral staircase leads to a loft on the third floor with two twin beds and a great view from the deck! Note that this cottage has the most allocated parking of the majority of Coast Cottages with 4 allocated parking places. This is strictly enforced.
The community pool is heated from Friday through Sunday from the end of September until mid-May, as well as many holiday weeks. Other days, the pool may be heated with prior request for $50 per day. Please inquire for details.
Please note that the occupancy limit for the home also represents your occupancy limit for the common areas. In addition this property STRICTLY prohibits any parties, events, gatherings that would exceed the occupancy of the home.
Parking for this cottage is limited to 4 spaces. This policy is not flexible and management is not responsible for locating additional spaces.

Cancel risk-free within 24 hours of booking if you book more than 30 days before check-in. After that, the reservation becomes non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying the full value of the reservation. If your plans change due to exceptional circumstances, we will make best efforts to work with the property manager to determine what options, if any, are available on your behalf. However, refunds cannot be guaranteed.
